A graduate from William S. Boyd School of Law, Jessica is proud to serve the community she was raised in. Born and raised in North Las Vegas, by hard working Mexican Immigrants, Jessica quickly learned the value of hard work, integrity, and the Golden Rule (treat others the way you would like to be treated). While attending UNLV, Jessica worked as an estimator for a local body shop, where she learned the mechanics and body structure of vehicles. During law school, Jessica worked full time as an Insurance Adjuster handling motor vehicle accident claims. There she learned how insurance companies improperly treat claimants and the overall injustice the injured experience. Her work in the body shop, Insurance industry, and her passion for litigating made her a highly experienced and successful Car Accident attorney, fighting like no other for each and every one of her clients.  

Martin is our Intake Manager. He is a proud Air Force Veteran. Prior to enlisting, Martin, was a realtor and entrepreneur. He is very involved in local government, and his interest in bettering our laws and helping the Las Vegas community led him into a career in the legal field. Martin takes pride in providing the upmost in customer service and enjoys educating our clients on the law. This, dedication nurtures a prosperous and life long attorney-client relationship, which our clients truly appreciate.  When Martin is not fighting for his clients, he enjoys spending time with his family and rebuilding classic cars with his father. 

As our law clerk, Reece brings nearly a decade of legal experience. He immigrated to the U.S. as a toddler and grew up in North Las Vegas. He graduated Rancho High School with a Private Pilot’s License and attended UNLV while working full-time.

In 2007, Reece was stabbed in the stomach during an attempted carjacking in a casino parking lot. Authorities told Reece they had viable suspects but could not use the lot’s security footage for "legal reasons." The attackers were never found. That experience prompted Reece to forever pursue justice.

In 2008, He completed an Associate’s degree in Psychology from the College of Southern Nevada (CSN) while working as a field organizer during the 2008 General Election. In 2009, he graduated from UNLV with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a minor in Business Law. He worked as a legal assistant for Worker’s Compensation and Personal Injury and earned his second Associate’s degree in Arabic in 2011. He earned his Juris Doctorate in 2016 from Loyola Law School, New Orleans.

During law school, he worked with the Nevada Attorney General’s Human Trafficking Division, and later, initiated congressional inquiries on Immigration cases for U.S. Senate Minority Leader, Harry Reid. As a 3L in Loyola’s Criminal Law Clinic, Reece prosecuted numerous felony cases with the Orleans Parrish DA’s office, and gained substantial jury trial experience.

Reece has traveled extensively to many countries and is proficient in Spanish, Portuguese, and Arabic. He is also a Military Intelligence Officer in the U.S. Army Reserves.
